Biography
Henry Mills is this year's Senate Chief Counselor for the Student Association.
He is a sophomore in the Elliott School of International Affairs, studying International Affairs with a concentration and minor in Economics.

He joins the SA with experience in both education policy and student rights. As Chief Counsel, Mills is responsible for acting as standing counsel to the Senate and managing the Office of Senate Legal Counsel.
