Hosting an event and want us to share it on our social media?

Submit the events form. You must allow at least 3 days to the start of your event to post on social media, and up to a week for the newsletter.

As part of our mission to amplify the diversity and vibrancy of our students, we support student organizations by advertising programming and events open to the GW community.

If you are interested in having your event promoted by the SA through our social media channels, complete the form at least 3 days before the start of your event. If you want your event to be included in the SA weekly newsletter, submit the form by 11:59p on the Saturday prior to the week of your event.


Reserve space in the Student Center.

Reserve space in academic buildings.

Reserve space on the Mount Vernon Campus.

Reserve space in residence halls through DSA Reservations.

Reserve the Lisner Auditorium.

Reserve the Jack Morton Auditorium.

Reserve the City View Room & State Room.

Reserve space in the Multicultural Student Services Center (MSSC).

Reserve space in Science & Engineering Hall (SEH).

Reserve space in the Alumni House.

Reserve outdoor space.

Reserve a meeting room in District House.
